The purpose of the HWIEC.ORG website is to provide information regarding the company's full range of activities. HWIEC strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, or deficiencies in updates, whether caused by itself or by third-party partners providing such information. All information on the site is provided for informational purposes only and is subject to change.
HWIEC owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights for all elements accessible on the website, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the site, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from HWIEC. The customer undertakes to provide all information and documents necessary for the proper execution of the service. The customer also undertakes to respect the timelines and modalities agreed upon for seminars and interventions. Providing incorrect or incomplete information releases HWIEC from liability in the event of performance failure.
All content, methodologies, and tools used by HWIEC (or under the brand HWIEC) within the context of its services are and remain its exclusive property. Their use, reproduction, or distribution outside the strict framework of the service is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement.
HWIEC is committed to implementing all necessary means to ensure the proper execution of its services (obligation of means). However, it cannot be held responsible for indirect or intangible damages suffered by the customer, such as loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Information exchanged between HWIEC and the customer as part of the service is strictly confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose this information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.
In the event of a serious breach by one of the parties of its obligations, the other party may terminate the contract by operation of law, following a formal notice that remains unsuccessful, without prejudice to any damages or interests that may be claimed.
These general terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with French Law.Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity, or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Association’s registered office is located (usually the Tribunal Judiciaire of the city where HWIEC is headquartered).
